Our office is located in downtown Cincinnati in the Scripps Center at the corner of Walnut and Third Streets.
I-75/71 North or I-75 South
Take the Second Street exit and follow to Main Street. At Main, turn left and proceed one block to Third Street. Turn left onto Third Street and move immediately to the curb lane on the right. The entrance to the Scripps Center public parking garage (green sign) is on the immediate right.
I-71 South and Columbia Parkway
Take the Third Street exit. At the bottom of exit ramp, go straight ahead (this will be Third Street). After you pass Main Street, move to the curb lane on the right. The entrance to the Scripps Center public parking garage (green sign) is on the immediate right.
I-471 North
Take the Sixth Street exit across the overpass and proceed two blocks to Sycamore Street. Turn left and go three blocks to Third Street. Turn right on Third Street from the center lane. After you pass Main Street, move to the curb lane on the right. The entrance to the Scripps Center public parking garage (green sign) is on the immediate right.
Parking
Our designated parking space is #228, labeled as “RiverPoint Capital Guest”; if this spot is unavailable, proceed to the 7th, 8th, or 9th level to find an unoccupied space. If the Scripps Center garage sign located on 3rd Street says, "Full / Pass Cards Only", please pull in anyway and push the speakerphone button at the gate. Then inform the attendant that you are visting us and will be using our reserved parking space. When cleared to proceed, take a ticket and continue on to our space. We will validate the ticket at our office when you arrive.
